Object defining properties of other object

Dear experts,
I would like to ask you to help me with UML modelling. I need to describe 2 classes for 2 object´s types. The first class TemplateShape describes the parameters, properties, permitted input values, formulas for calculations for the class Shape. Instances of Shape contain only numeric values. There will be instances of both classes in the system. Is there any way in UML how to describe that relation? It is an engineering software for a definition of shape types and then their values for calculations.
