Understanding Generated C++ code

I have a set of generated C++ rhapsody code and I am trying to follow the code but do not understand the rhapsody generated framework. Is there a description of the framework such that one can follow the code to understand what the code is doing.

There is a model of the framework in the Rhapsody install folder, eg:
I think the point of Rhapsody is that you don't really have to understand the auto-generated code only how to use it properly :-
Statecharts, events, timers, factories etc.

If G-Code is generated from QCAD/CAM can it be used by other CAM software or is the G-Code produced by QCAD/CAM only compatible for use by QCAD/CAM?
